I own and have owned many Scharde blades over the years. I have an 'Old Timer' folding light hunter which I purchased years ago as a teenager. It's still razor sharp all these years later. It remains one of my favorite knives.

These blades look very well made/designed and for a good backup or even primary blade should function well for many years
