Hope and a little Change ...
Of course now it's a different program called SNAP ( http://www.fns.usda.gov/snap/ ) and the EBT Card is controlled by JP Morgan Chase ( https://www.ebtaccount.jpmorgan.com/JPM_EFS/ ) but that shouldn't make any difference ... should it? The Wall Street Journal says "15% of U.S. Uses Food Stamps" ! Shall we join the growing ranks, hold our EBT cards up on high saying 'YES WE CAN' ? Is this the radical changes we expected from 'Hope and Change' ?

Oddly ABC News did a piece on the creation of jobs in India out of this program, the 'outsourcing' of EBT to JP Morgan Chase outsourced the 'help desk' operations to call centers in India !
