What is most interesting about this film is the premise that a Ron Paul type is running for the Presidency of the USA, proposing that we bring our troops home and close all foreign military bases. It then goes on to review the history of the US in various regional conflicts in the world, the European criticism of this influence, the European hypocrisy regarding US influence, and finally what might happen in Asia.
